سوالات امتحان کانکور در دو حوزه کشور تا نه هزار دالر فروخته شده است

یک منبع امنیتی در وزارت امور داخله کشور می گوید که طرح سوالات امتحان کانکور در کابل و یک ولایت دیگر از هفت تا نه هزار دالر به فروش رسیده است.

این منبع که خواست نامش در این گزارش ذکر نشود به خبرگزاری بخدی گفت که روز دوشنبه (9 دلو) ماموران اداره مبارزه با جرایم سنگین وزارت امور داخله چندین نفر را در ارتباط با این موضوع، دستگیر کرده اند

 

به گفته منبع، ماموران این اداره در نقش خریدار سوالات، وارد شده و توانسته اند سوالات امتحانات کانکور را به قیمت نه هزار دالر امریکایی به دست بیاورند.
منبع به زمان خریداری این سوالات اشاره نکرد اما گفت که مسوولان وزارت تحصیلات عالی به دفتر این اداره مراجعه کردند و از ماموران امنیتی خواستند که این موضوع را افشا نکنند.
در همین حال، عبدالعظیم نوربخش سخنگوی وزارت تحصیلات عالی کشور فروش سوالات امتحان کانکور را به شدت رد کرد.
آقای نوربخش به خبرگزاری بخدی گفت: "در 38 حوزه اخذ امتحان کانکور، امتحانات به شفافیت اخذ شده است و هیج نگرانی در مورد تقلب امتحانات وجود ندارد."
به گفته نوربخش، در سال روان تغییرات گسترده ای در امتحانات کانکور ایجاد شده و طرح سوالات در هر حوزه متفاوت است."
با این حال، سخنگوی وزارت تحصیلات عالی می گوید که تا اکنون، آنان هیچ گونه گزارشی مبنی بر فروش و یا دستگیری عاملان فروش سوالات کانکور دریافت نکرده اند.
آمارهای وزارت تحصیلات عالی نشان می دهد که در سال آینده تحصیلی، بیش از 44 هزار نفر به موسسات تحصیلات عالی کشور جذب خواهند شد.
نگرانی ها از تقلب در امتحانات کانکور
شماری از دانش آموزان از وجود تقلب های گسترده در برخی از حوزه های اخذ امتحان کانکور خبر داده اند.
به گفته آنان در برخی از ولایات، دانش آموزان به صورت گروهی و در برخی موارد در همکاری با استادان سوالات امتحان کانکور را حل کردند.
عبدالعظیم نوربخش، سخنگوی وزارت تحصیلات عالی کشور اما به خبرگزاری بخدی گفت: "امکان دارد در سال های 2005 و 2006 برخی موارد تقلب دیده شده اما در حال حاضر با تدابیر ویژه، این احتمال نیز رفع شده است."

اقای نور بخش تاکید کرد که در امتحان کانکور سال جاری هیچ مورد تقلب در وزارت تحصیلاعت عالی ثبت نشده است.

او می گوید که آخرین دور امتحان کانکور در حوزه مرکز، در هفته آینده برگزار خواهد شد.
سخنگوی وزارت تحصیلات عالی افزود که با اخذ امتحان در هفته آینده، برنامه امتحانات کانکور سال تحصیلی 1392 به پایان خواهد رسید.

حامد کرزی وزارت عدلیه و دادگاه عالی را به طالبان پیشنهاد کرده است

نمایندگان گروه طالبان در قطر می گویند که رییس جمهور کرزی، به این گروه پیشنهاد وزارت عدلیه و ریاست ستره محکمه (دادگاه عالی) را به آنان داده است.یک نماینده طالبان در دفتر قطر می گوید که این بسته پیشنهادی کرزی را در یک نامه دریافت کرده اند و از آنان (طالبان) خواسته شده در صورت پایان دادن به خشونت ها در افغانستان، این بسته پشنهادی اجرا خواهد شد.


الجزیزه از قول این منبع طالبان که نامشان ذکر نشده، خبر داده است که در نامه حامدکرزی به اداره وزارت عدلیه و ریاست ستره محکمه افغانستان از سوی طالبان تاکید شده است، مشروط بر اینکه این گروه با دولت افغانستان صلح کند.
شورای عالی صلح افغانستان اما از ارسال نامه رییس جمهور به طلبان اظهار بی خبری کرده است.
اسماعیل قاسمیار، رییس روابط بین الملل این شورا به خبرگزاری بخدی گفت که آنان هیچ اطلاعی از این نامه ندارند.
به گفته قاسمیار، روند گفتگوهای صلح با طالبان از آدرس شورای عالی صلح صورت می گیرد و حکومت افغانستان می تواند فقط نظریات شان را در روند صلح با این شورا شریک کند.
دولت و شورای عالی صلح افغانستان تلاش دارند تا از هر مجرای ممکن با مخالفان مسلح دولت به خصوص گروه طالبان صلح کند.
گفت و گو با اسلام آباد، راه اندازی نشست های مختلف میان شورای علما و آزاد سازی زندانیان طالب از زندان های افغانستان و پاکستان، از تازه ترین تلاش های دولت و شورای عالی صلح افغانستان برای دست یابی به صلح خوانده شده است.
تاکید بر خروج نیروهای خارجی از افغانستان
ذبیح الله مجاهد که خود را سخنگوی گروه طالبان معرفی می کند به خبرگزاری بخدی که برای این گروه خروج نیروهای خارجی از افغانستان در تناسب به اداره وزارت در ارجحیت قرار دارد
 او می گوید که برنامه خروج تنها گزینه ای است که ممکن زمینه گفتگو های موثر را فراهم کند.
مجاهد گفت: "در حال حاضر کشور ما در اشغال به سر می برد، اول باید خارجی ها از افغانستان خارج شوند بعدا ما افغان ها در مورد صلح با یکدیگر کنار خواهیم آمد."
این اظهارات در حالی مطرح می شود که به تازگی، وزارت دفاع کشور های عضوی ناتو بر حضور در افغانستان تاکید کردند.
پنتاگون و کاخ سفید بارها اعلام کرده است که پس از سال 2014 بخشی از نیروهای امریکایی در افغانستان برای مقابله احتمالی با شورشیان،‌ باقی خواهند ماند.
خبرگزاری بخدی تلاش کرد تا با سخنگوی رییس جمهور در مورد واگذاری وزارت عدلیه و ریاست ستره محکمه به طالبان گفتگو کند، اما موفق به انجام این گفتگو نشد.
واکنش ها
گزارش های منتشر شده در مورد نامه آقای کرزی به طالبان واکنش های مختلف شماری از احزاب سیاسی و کارشناسان مسایل سیاسی کشور را به دنبال داشته است.

جاوید کوهستانی، کارشناس مسایل سیاسی در گفت و گو با خبرگزاری بخدی ارائه هر گونه نامه و پشنهاد بدون برگزاری یک نشست رسمی را نادرست خواند.

آقای کوهستانی گفت: "این پیشنهاد رییس جمهور کرزی نه تنها قابل پذیرش برای طالبان نیست بلکه همزمان با این امر و نزدیک شدن به سال 2014، آنان را تشویق می کند تا شجاعانه تر و دلیرتر در مقابل دولت افغانستان جنگ کنند."
به باور کوهستانی ارائه هر گونه پیشنهاد و معرفی پست های کلیدی در دولت به جانب طالبان بدون راه اندازی نشست رسمی و همه جانبه،‌ ضعف دولت افغانستان را نشان می دهد.
شماری از فعالان مدنی و سران احزاب سیاسی کشور نیز تاکید می کنند که دولت افغانستان بابد پیرامون تبعات پیشنهاد ها به جانب مخالفان مسلح دولت توجه کند.

Women can easily learn many languages. But can not find solutions to problems. Men can not easily learn languages, they can easily solve problems. That’s why in average a 3 years old girl has three times higher vocabulary than a 3 years old boy.


3. ANALYTICAL SKILLS

Mens brains has a lot of space for handling the analytical process. They can analyze and find the solution for a process and design a map of a building easily. But If a complex map is viewed by women, they can not understand it. Women can not understand the details of a map easily, For them it is just a dump of lines on a paper.


4. CAR DRIVING.

While driving a car, mans analytical spaces are used in his brain. He can drive a car fastly. If he sees an object at long distance, immediately his brain classifies the object (bus or van or car) direction and speed of the object and he drives accordingly. Where woman take a long time to recognize the object direction/ speed. Mans single process mind stops the audio in the car (if any), then concentrates only on driving.


5. LYING

When men lie to women face to face, they get caught easily. Womans super natural brain observes facial expression 70%, body language 20% and words coming from the mouth 10%. Mens brain does not have this. Women easily lie to men face to face.
So guys, do not lie face to face.
6. PROBLEMS SOLVING
If a man have a lot of problems, his brain clearly classifies the problems and puts them in individual rooms in the brain and then finds the solution one by one. You can see many guys looking at the sky for a long time. If a woman has a lot of problems, her brain can not classify the problems. she wants some one to hear that. After telling everything to a person she goes happily to bed. She does not worry about the problems being solved or not.


7. WHAT THEY WANT

Men want status, success, solutions, big process, etc… But Women want relationship, friends, family, etc…


8. UNHAPPINESS

If women are unhappy with their relations, they can not concentrate on their work. If men are unhappy with their work, they can not concentrate on the relations.


9. SPEECH

Women use indirect language in speech. But Men use direct language.


10. HANDLING EMOTION

Women talk a lot without thinking. Men act a lot without thinking.
 

مرگ انیسه سوگ بزرگیست برای ملت افغانستان...

انیسه، دانش آموز کلاس دهم بود که در اجرای برنامه واکسیناسیون فلج کودکان در ولایت کاپیسا در شمال کابل به صورت داوطلبانه کار میکرد. او اخیرا از سوی افراد "طالبان" هدف شلیک گلوله قرار گرفت و در بیمارستان کاپیسا جان باخت
و دولت افغانستان در برابر قتل انیسه هیچ واکنش نشان نداده است.
انیسه "به جرم واکسن کردن کودکان به دست دژخیمان تروریسم به شهادت رسید".

وقتی ملاله یوسفزی در ایالت خیبر پشتونخواه پاکستان مورد حمله قرار گرفت، وزارت معارف (آموزش و پرورش) با بیرون کردن شاگردان مکاتب دخترانه در جاده‌های افغانستان با وی ابراز همدردی کرد و رئیس جمهوری وی را قهرمان خواند، اما وقتی هفت گلوله به بدن انیسه اصابت کرد و جان باخت، آب از آب تکان نخورد."

باید کمیسیونی را برای بررسی چگونگی قتل انیسه تشکیل شود و از خانواده او حمایت کنند. اتحادیه آزاده گان جوان مقیم اتریش، شهادت مرحومه انیسه، دانش آموز ولایت کاپیسا، را به خانواده گرامی اش تسلیت میگوید و صدای شهادت مضلومانه وی را به گوش سازمان ملل متحد و حقوق بشر در اروپا،و به گوش جهانیان خواهد رساند

25 ways to enter JANNAH...

1. Whoever meets Allah without ascribing
anything to him will enter Jannah.

morning and in the afternoon (for the
congregational prayer), Allah will prepare for
him an honorable place in Jannah with good

6. Whoever can guarantee (the chastity of)
what is between his two jaw-bones and what is
between his two legs (i.e. his tongue and his
private parts), I guarantee Jannah for him.

7. Whoever prays 12 Rak’ah in the day and
night, a house in Jannah will be built for him.

8. Whoever treads a path in search of
knowledge, Allah will make easy for him the

Wudu and prays two Rak’ah setting about

wa Bihamdihi, Glorified and Exalted is

brother of his to seek the Pleasure of Allah,
an announcer (angel) calls out: “May you be
happy, may your walking be blessed, and may
you be awarded a dignified position in
Jannah”. [Tirmidhi]

19. Indeed, truthfulness leads to righteousness
and indeed righteousness leads to Jannah.

20. Allah guarantees him who strives in His
Cause and whose motivation for going out is
nothing but Jihad in His Cause and belief
in His Word, that He will admit him into

21. O people, spread the salaam (greetings),
feed the hungry, and pray while the people are
asleep, you will enter Jannah in peace.

22. (The performance of) Umrah is an
expiation for the sins committed between it and

First Afghan rugby club travel to Pakistan

Kabul United are looking for more victories at Punjab festival in Pakistan

The first Afghan Rugby Club team - Kabul United RFC - will play a series of matches against rugby clubs from Cambodia, Hong Kong, Uzbekistan, India, the United Kingdom and New Zealand at the biggest ever sport festival in Pakistan this week.
The Punjab International Sports Festival includes the Indo-Pak games and the deaf and dumb Dosti Cup as 1,381 athletes from 24 countries appear in baseball, football, fastball, touchball (male and female), Jiu-Jitsu and kabaddi events.

The five-day event is one of the biggest sporting events in Pakistan this year.
The Afghan players, who made the crossing to Pakistan through the Torkham border on Monday, are excited to be in Pakistan and look forward to playing in peace with other peace loving nations.

The participation of an Afghan rugby team means a lot to the Afghanistan Rugby Federation. It is a big step for development of the sport and will certainly encourage other rugby clubs to do more to be entitled for foreign tours.
Kabul United was formed less than a year ago, but interest in the sport is quickly spreading, not just in Kabul, but in this whole war-torn country.
Following cricket's lead
Afghanistan has developed a reputation for its cricket after winning the World Cricket League Division 3 tournament in 2009 and qualifying for the Twenty20 World Cup. Although cricket is still a relatively new sport in Afghanistan, it is increasing in popularity and now players hope the same will happen for rugby.

It is clear rugby is getting more popular not only in Afghanistan but in Asia which has seen a recent surge of interest from the Middle East and the Islamic world. Dubai has built a specialised academy for rugby players and now hosts tournaments, while unions have been set up in the United Arab Emirates, Lebanon and Qatar.

Afghanistan’s international side may not have showed particularly well at the third and final leg of the HSBC Asian Rugby 7s in October, in Mumbai, but momentum is building, and the game is developing. This is being done by promoting club rugby and by showing the world Afghans have the best physiques for playing and are not simply a struggling nation.
The Afghan people have started to worry about what will happen when NATO departs but the Afghanistan Rugby Federation is optimistic that attitudes towards rugby will remain strong and that each province will continue to develop the sport.

It has been said that in the absence of war, society looks to sport to fulfill its combative nature. However, the relationship between war and sport goes far beyond the similarities of winning and losing. In fact, sport and war has throughout history proved to have a much more symbiotic relationship.

With very limited resources, the Afghanistan Rugby Federation does face problems but is as ever committed to taking this great game of sport and introducing it to every Afghan.
